Making your server token

First you are gonna want to make your way to the website needed to create your token called "https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers".

Once here you will then locate the "App ID" and "Memo" text boxes. These are the only two things we will need. For the "App ID" you will proceed to put "4000" in the text box.

Then proceed onto the "Memo" box. This does not matter what you put in, but it should be the name of your server. (EX: Duplicator.gg | MRP)

Once that is done you will press the "Create" button. This will then fully create your Steam Account Token so that we can then use it for our Gmod server.

Then you will copy the Account Token, we will need this for the next step!

Step #2 "Server Panal"

Now that we have completed creating a fresh and new Steam Account Token, we can move onto the last step.

We will need to head over to our server panel at "https://duplicator.panel.gg". Once there enter the server you are gonna use the Token on. Once in the right server panel, you will want to press the "Configuration" tab on the left side, then press the "Startup Parameters". You will then see the text box with the name "Steam Account Token" in bold letters.

This is where we will paste our Steam Account Token. After you have pasted your token, you are free to restart your server and it'll then be seen on the server list!
